This project works towards in creating the Single Use Plastic (SUP) free world through providing technical and hands-on assistance to the government agencies and other stakeholders through development of the enabling ecosystem and capacity development measures.
Objectives
Formalization of the informal plastic recyclers in Indo-Gangetic Plain on supporting government actions for improving plastic waste management.
Education and awareness of key stakeholders of the plastic value-chain via knowledge sharing, media and other tools.
To engage stakeholders from industries on Extended Producer’s Responsibility (EPR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
