Reports to:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, arts, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in executive support roles, with a track record of effectively managing offices and providing strategic leadership.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.

Purpose of role:

The job includes representing the director, Human resource responsibilities, event planning, gathering information, or any other jobs attached to the CEO’s office. You might take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence, and prioritize items that need attention. General book-keeping and good math skills will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Executive management of the CEO’s calendar and meetings. 
  • Communication liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Administrative oversight including office operations. 
  • Leadership in strategic planning, team guidance, and maintaining confidentiality.
Salary:

Salary is negotiable and at par with the industry.
