Surabhi Shikha is a communications and brand strategist with over a decade of experience across the development sector, education, and design industries. With a strong foundation in storytelling and human-centered communication, she has worked with grassroots communities, youth networks, and global stakeholders - shaping narratives that bridge people, purpose, and impact.
Surabhi holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (University of Delhi) - both of which continue to shape her critical thinking and creative voice.
In quieter moments, she turns to poetry, therapeutic runs, and music that feels like memory. She also loves dabbling with paints, tending to her ever-growing family of plants, or rediscovering the grace of Bharatanatyam. A lover of solo journeys, she has explored 16 countries so far, always seeking places that shift perspective and deepen presence. She believes learning is a lifelong act of becoming - and that every voice, when truly heard, can shape the world.
