Ritika Dan is working as an Associate – Outreach at the Centre for Environment and Energy
Development (CEED), where she contributes to projects in the environment sector with a strong focus on community engagement and awareness building. In this role, she actively reaches out to stakeholders, mobilizes communities, and facilitates collaborative efforts to advance CEED’s environmental and sustainability initiatives across Jharkhand.
She brings experience in project management, social research, and field coordination, having previously worked with organizations such as JK Trust (Raymond) and undertaken an internship at MECON Limited, where she supported CSR impact assessment projects. Ritika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. She completed her schooling at Bishop Westcott Girls’ School, Namkum.
Passionate about social innovation, environmental sustainability, and women’s empowerment, Ritika enjoys dancing and traveling in her free time.
