Noor currently serves as a Manager – Partnerships & Policy at Centre for Environment and Energy Development (CEED) and is a member of the Project Management Unit (PMU) for UPSRLM in Lucknow. With over eight years of experience in the development sector, she has worked with several reputed NGOs, including The Akshay Patra- Bangalore, Jagran Pehel (a CSR initiative of Dainik Jagran), and the Association for Advocacy & Legal Initiatives Trust (AALI), a women’s rights organization based in Lucknow.
A feminist at heart, Noor is deeply committed to a rights-based approach that fosters equity and social justice. Her core expertise includes project management, partnership development, and documentation, and she excels in stakeholder engagement and strategic collaborations.
