Niva possesses a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. She was a scholar in MBA (HR and Marketing) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. While working as an Administrative Officer at Lotus Energy (Renewable Energy) she got to deal with various NGOs and INGOs like Helvatas, Save the Children, World Vision, Plan Nepal, etc.

As a Program Officer, her interest in research makes her work for Circular Economy and Sustainable Development which demonstrates her passion. She has a keen interest in learning and teaching and she has honed her writing, communication, organizational, and time management abilities over the years. Her diverse background and knowledge make her a valuable member of our team.
