Kuldeep has over 12 years of experience across the social and industrial sectors, specializing in Just Transition, data analysis, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Centurion University, Bhubaneswar.
At CEED, his work focuses on developing Just Transition roadmaps, evidence-based research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations. He previously worked with LEADS, IL&FS, Rush Hi-Rise International, and Frontier Alloy Steels Ltd. He also engaged closely with institutions including JSLPS, JREDA, CCL, and JUVNL in Jharkhand, as well as OREDA, OLM, and GRIDCO in Odisha.
Beyond his professional work, Kuldeep enjoys traveling to natural heritage sites, cooking, and playing cricket.
