Abhishek brings with him a variety of skills in capacity planning, program outreach and community development. He has worked with multiple government departments, NGOs, SHGs, and local groups. Additionally, he served as a child counsellor at the Varanasi State Juvenile Centre. In his current position, he is focused on building a broad strategy and charter for community mobilisation and engagement to improve the lives of people. He actively manages relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the community, local authorities, NGOs, schools, and colleges. Abhishek is the alumnus of Banaras Hindu University with a master's degree in Social Work.
