Location:
Ranchi, Jharkhand
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s and MBA in HR, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Executive, HR Analyst, or similar positions.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and HR analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to HR management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Handle employee relations, manage grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Design and administer employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry best practices.
Salary:
