Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience: 2-3 Years
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in circular economy, sustainability, waste management, or related areas.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to CEED’s mission.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on circular economy principles, practices, and trends, with a focus on their application in India.
- Analyze current policies, business models, and industry practices to identify opportunities for promoting circular economy initiatives.
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, and case studies to inform circular economy strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of circular economy projects, including waste management, recycling, and sustainable product design.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement pilot projects that demonstrate the benefits of circular economy practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and civil society organizations, to promote circular economy practices.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences to represent CEED’s work in the circular economy space.
- Develop and contribute to reports, communication materials, etc, to raise awareness of circular economy issues and CEED’s initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations and other materials for internal and external audiences.
Salary:
- Salary is negotiable and at par with the industry.
