Jharkhand is one of the first states in India, that has taken a lead in exploring sustainable pathways for becoming future ready in true sense. In the wake of climate change impacts and imminent resource depletion in many parts of the world, including India and key states like Jharkhand, the current development paradigm based on fossil fuel is poised to be changed in favour of environmentally sustainable models.
